Tomohiro Nogami

In 2013, we appointed Chef Tomohiro Nogami, known as the most famous Japanese bread artisan in Asia, as our advisor. With the rising demand for "Japanese-style bread" throughout Asia, we are developing our global strategy under his expert guidance. We are currently participating in seminars and exhibitions across several Asian countries, including China and Malaysia. We are introducing and proposing Japan's top-quality wheat flour, which is regarded as the best in the world.

Following his experience at Kimuraya and DONQ, he started his own business in Taiwan.
In 2007, he opened 'Boulangerie NOGAMI' in Taoyuan City. The bakery earned a reputation for selling out of its products within seconds.
As the head coach of the Taiwan team at the Bakery World Cup, he has made significant contributions to Taiwan's baking industry. In addition, he plays an active role in various regions across Asia, focusing on product development and nurturing the next generation of bakers.

Expanding exports: Building a new warehouse and certified international standard food safety management system.

As the demand for Japanese-style bread increases abroad, there is a growing need for authentic and high-quality wheat flour made in Japan. To meet demand, we have built a new warehouse to further expand our exports in the future.
To ensure quality and safety, we have implemented a reliable quality assurance system certified with ISO 22000. Following the HACCP standards, our hygiene procedures cover the entire production process, from the arrival of raw materials to the shipping of finished products, to mitigate the risks of metal contamination, pests, mold, and other potential dangers.
