OUR STRENGTH 2
Stone milling that fully brings out the umami of the ingredients.
Our flour is produced under the supervision of staff trained in Germany and Switzerland, allowing us to maximize the potential of raw materials.
We have gained popularity for creating products tailored to the desire for a healthy diet, as well as for making baked goods and confectionaries with retro flavors.
Emphasizing 'Local production for local consumption,' our stone-milled flour is made from wheat sourced in Fukuoka.
